About me :)

Ciao! I’m Maria Chiara, nice to meet you🌻I’m from Rome and I absolutely love my city (and especially carbonara).
But I’m also a traveler, and I love discovering new places, cultures, and people! In fact, I’m the only Roman in my group of friends... 😂Outside of Italy, I’ve lived in Barcelona and Buenos Aires, where I learned Spanish. I know what it means to learn a language from scratch, and I know it’s possible! :)

I’m cheerful and full of energy, so I’m always doing a thousand things. In addition to being an Italian tutor — a job I’ve been doing for years with passion — I’m also a filmmaker (I make short films and web series) and a film teacher for children!

In the meantime, I keep practicing my English (which I’m fluent in) and I’m slowly learning French (in which I’m veeeery not fluent 😂). We can share this journey together!

Oh, and if you're wondering about my passions... Aside from languages and cinema, I love nature, comics, music (and I love recommending GOOD Italian music ;D), board games, videogames, essay books, folklore... And, of course, food 🍝
